Sisul & Germanier, LLC provides personal real estate representation with services including Seller and/or Purchaser representation and consultation from the initial contract signing through the closing. We offer residential real estate representation for both Buyers and Sellers for new construction, existing re-sales, single family homes, multi-unit townhomes and condominiums.

We believed that people should have representation beginning with consultation, contract review, contract negotiations and revisions. We monitor meeting contract deadlines and contingencies for attorney approval and home inspection, including lead, radon, mold disclosure reports and analysis.

We can and will order a title commitment for Sellers. We review the title commitment for correct legal description and tax property identification numbers of the property. We review title for liens of record, easements, right of way restrictions and order proper endorsements.

We will escrow earnest money deposits to accommodate clients, review closing documents, pre-closing documents, post-closing documents and possession deposits.

Our office will schedule and attend the closing. Often we can accommodate Seller's busy schedules and provide pre-closing document signing. We will prepare, draft, examine, and, if necessary, correct closing documents. We review and explain all Purchaser's documents at closing. We prepare all types of deeds, including warranty deeds, trustee deeds, quit claim deeds and deeds in trust.
